Welcome to the home page of the SHCC. Our goal is to represent and protect the registered Siberian Husky in Canada.
To promote responsible breeding practices in order to protect the breed's standards, the breed's physical and mental health and the breed's traditional overall working qualities.
All members of this club are bound by our Code of Ethics and our Code of Conduct. Members and their dogs are involved in a wide variety of activities including recreational sledding, sprint and long-distance racing, conformation showing, obedience, agility, therapy dog work and much more.
Although the breed's beauty is difficult to resist, we strongly feel that the Siberian Husky is not the breed for everyone. We encourage you to do research on the breed before making the decision to add a Siberian Husky to your family!
We hope you enjoy this site and become a member of our club!
